Mindfulness Meditation Classes (Online)

Dan with Mind EQ will be soon be offering 45-minute donation based mindfulness and meditation training classes focused on a variety of mindfulness techniques based on top neuroscience research. We’ll come together the same night and time every week via Zoom.

The mindfulness and meditation classes will be ongoing indefinitely, and designed for people with any level of mindfulness practice experience. We’ll begin with 20 minutes of partially guided meditation, followed by a 15 minute talk on a topic that people experience, and closing with 10 minutes of Q&A.

You’ll be introduced to various evidence-based mindfulness exercises and meditation techniques designed to mitigate stress and anxiety, improve sleep, increase empathy and compassion, and promote overall well-being.

Los Angeles Meditation Classes (In-Person)

(COMING SOON) In-person donation-based mindfulness meditation classes will begin again in March, 2024 in Los Angeles, and take place the same night and time every week.

The location will be centrally located so those in different parts of LA are able to attend. Sessions will be 45-minutes in length. Beginners through advanced will find benefit, and new topics, training methods and techniques will be offered.

The mindfulness training will be evidence-based, and utilize the same meditation techniques offered in all Mind EQ programs.

The weekly sessions will be held by Dan Petrie, Certified Mindfulness Teacher through the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center, and Founder of Mind EQ.

Being physically comfortable is essential and we’ll provide cushions and chairs for you to choose from.
