Virtual Mindfulness and Meditation Classes

Mind EQ offers live mindfulness sessions through Zoom that not only bring people together, but provide them with the same evidence based training we offer during in-person sessions. These sessions offer participants the most robust tools to bolster overall well-being and support emotional regulation. Corporate video sessions provide employees the freedom to dial in from wherever they may be. Often we’re told employees like the online sessions even more due to the privacy a virtual session can provide.

Virtual Mindfulness 101 (45 minutes)

**In the last two weeks, countless companies have made the decision to have their employees work from home due to the Coronavirus – COVID19. This maneuver by employers to have people work from home is an important safety measure, yet many employees might be feeling a sense of isolation. For some, this is heightened by not being able to participate in activities outside the house that they ordinarily would. Last week, the city of San Francisco asked that all non-essential events of 50 people or over be cancelled. This spans countless gatherings and corporate meetings and functions. Group corporate mindfulness sessions for remote employees is a tremendously powerful way to connect safely during these times and foster a sense of community, even while working remotely.
