Mind EQ offers mindfulness training to groups and corporations of all sizes. I emphasize the use of techniques that lower stress and anxiety, increase happiness, resilience, improve emotional intelligence, and support overall well-being.

Corporate Mindfulness Training
The workplace is full of distraction and oftentimes stressors. You’ll learn numerous skills to help keep yourself and your teams feeling good and staying focused. See Corporate for details.
Group Mindfulness Meditation
Sessions are between 30-60 minutes in length All levels encouraged to attend. Check the Classes section to book.
Group Mindful Nature Walks
Nature is awe inspiring and naturally draws us into the present moment. In Japan, forest bathing aka shinrin-yoku is widely popular for health benefits. Guided mindfulness walks are an excellent way to practice, and de-stress.
Mindful Cooking and Eating
This is one of the best ways to practice mindfulness. I’m a chef and I’ll design a dinner or class around mindful cooking and/or eating for us to participate in together.
Continuing MBSR/MBCT Practice
When MBSR & MBCT training ends, this is where much of the work lies. It’s critical to keep practicing, so we’ll do this in groups so the benefits are realized.
Mindfulness for Mental Health
