The virtual sessions have been extremely well received, and it’s proven to be an excellent way for people to come together to practice.

Virtual Video Sessions

Mind EQ offers live mindfulness sessions through Zoom or Google Hangouts that not only bring people together, but provide them with the same evidence based training we offer during in-person sessions. These sessions offer participants the most robust tools to bolster overall well-being and support emotional regulation. Corporate video sessions provide employees the freedom to dial in from wherever they may be. Often we’re told employees like the online sessions even more due to the privacy a virtual session can provide.
All Mind EQ offerings are also available virtually.  

Mindfulness 101 (45 minutes)

Ideal for organizations looking for an introductory session with a short intro, a brief meditation session, and closing Q&A.

  • 35-minute presentation on what mindfulness is, ways to practice in daily life along with the latest scientific findings. Includes time for Q&A.
  • 10-minute guided secular mindfulness meditation session.

Mindfulness Immersion (Four 45-minute sessions)

Each session builds on the last. Includes materials in PDF for individuals and the organization to support ongoing practice and learning.

  • 30-minute presentation during each session focused on evidence based mindfulness practices and ways to apply in and out of the workplace.
  • 10-minute guided secular mindfulness meditation session.
  • 5-minute Q&A to help participants with their practice, recommended readings and technological recommendations.

Mindfulness 102 (60 minutes)

Includes an in-depth presentation designed for those looking for more information on the science of mindfulness and it’s benefits in work and life. Includes resources in PDF for individuals and the organization to support ongoing practice and learning.

  • 50-minute in-depth presentation on what mindfulness is, ways to practice in daily life along with the latest scientific findings. Includes time for Q&A.
  • 10-minute guided secular mindfulness meditation session.

Continuing Practice (25-Minute Sessions)

These sessions are best after taking one of the above sessions. Suited for busy organizations who want a brief meditation or mindfulness presentation designed to help individuals and teams stay focused during busy times. 4 session minimum commitment

  • 25-minute evidence based guided meditation session and/or new mindfulness exercises during each session. Some organizations want less actual meditation and prefer learning more about mindfulness and it’s applications at work and in life. This is highly customizable.

Lunchtime Mindfulness Session (40 minutes)

For busy organizations looking for an introductory session over lunch with a concise presentation, a brief meditation session, and closing Q&A

  • 30-minute intro on what mindfulness is, ways to practice in daily life along with the latest scientific findings. Includes time for Q&A.
  • 10-minute guided secular mindfulness meditation session. Often includes mindful eating exercises.

One-on-One Sessions For Leaders (30 or 60 minutes)

Designed for people managers and leadership at all levels. Theses sessions are highly customizable, but generally focus on evidence based mindfulness techniques and emotional intelligence training. The outcomes seen after participating in this training include boosted creativity, increased emotional regulation, stronger public speaking skills, improved communication skills, and an increase in empathy for both your colleagues and customers.
